Free cancellation with 100% refund up to 48 hours before the Transfer’s start time
  • You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the Transfer for a full refund
  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the Transfer’s start time
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the Transfer’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded
  • Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 Suitcase and 1 Carry-On bag

  • Do you have more luggage? Choose a Van or a Large Van from those available
  • Excess luggage charges (where applicable)

  • Door-to-Door one-way Private Transfer
  • Upgradable, at additional cost, with 2 or 3 extra hours stop along the way during your Transfer
  • Price includes: Vehicle, Driver, local Vat, Tools and Parkings
  • Transfer duration time is approximate. Exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • The vehicle and Driver will be at your complete disposal for the entire duration of the transfer
  • Our fleet is comprised of Mercedes, Ford, Opel, Fiat or similar between Sedans, Vans or LargeVans according to our availability and local regulations
  • One Infant seat available on request
  • Tipping is not included in our service fees, it is never mandatory although it is always appreciated

• Pickup to Hotel, B&B or similar:
Driver will meet you, at the designated time,  in your hotel lobby or the road in front to your accommodation.
Included a 15 minute waiting time.

• Pickup to the Cruise Port:
Driver will meet you at the pier just outside the ship with a sign with your name on.
Included a 60 minute waiting time.

• Pickup to the Airport:
Driver will meet you near the Meeting Point just outside baggage claim area with a sign with your name on.
Included a 60 minute waiting time.

• Pickup to the Train Station:
Driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall of the train station, holding up a sign with your name on.
Included a 30 minute waiting time.

Our fare will change if you request our driver to provide stops or other pick-ups on the way.
Please ask our office for the extra charge that could incurring.
Rates may change ONLY if the passenger requests the driver to wait or do extra stops or pickups.
An extra cost of 90,00 Euro per exceeding hour will be charged for waiting time for vehicle.
Extra costs will be charged in cash in Euro directly to the driver.

We will not be held liable for missed flights due to airline decisions to cancel flights or for damaged luggage due to client’s choice of vehicle size.
Our Company and its drivers reserve the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage which would result in the car being unsafe.
Please make sure you choose and book the appropriate vehicle type if you have more luggage, for example preferring a Van or a Large Van instead of Sedan.
